All food is subject to 8% Maine Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity.

Customized menus to suit your special day can be created, we will work with you to ensure you and your guests’ satisfaction.

Room rentals do not include access to the kitchen. Kitchen not available for rent by members of the public due to State of Maine Health Code. Food may be brought in with prior approval, but no cooking or preparation may be done on-site. No liquor may be brought in and ALL liquor, beer and wine must be purchased from us, unless prior arrangements have been made at least 2 weeks in advance and subject to a corkage fee.

When booking a function, the Room Rental Fee is your deposit and secures the date for your event. This deposit is not refundable, however exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.

A $300 Cleaning/Damage Deposit May Be Required

Final payment is expected the day of your event. All alcohol/bar sales MUST be settled the day of the event as per Maine Law. A deposit of up to 50% may be required.
